1. Who we are, and accepting these terms
Polymade Store is operated by Inverto Pty Ltd (ABN 90 651 108 566), a company registered in Australia ("Polymade Store", "we", "us"). By using polymade.store you agree to these terms.
2. What this site is today
Polymade Store sells digital asset packs. There are no accounts: you buy a pack by giving us an email address and paying through Stripe, and the download link goes to that address and appears on screen straight after payment. Packs are listed one at a time as they are finished.
2A. Orders and payment
The price shown on a pack page is the single total price payable in Australian dollars, tax included. Nothing is added at checkout. Payment is taken by Stripe; we never receive or store your card details. Your order is formed when Stripe confirms the payment, and at that point you receive a perpetual licence to the pack on the terms in section 5 and in the LICENCE.txt file inside the download.
Your download link expires after seven days, but your entitlement does not. You can ask for a fresh link at any time using the email address you bought with. If a download fails or the file is faulty, contact us and we will fix it.
3. The new-pack list
If you join the new-pack list you give us your email address and tick a consent box. We use it to email you when a new pack lists, while you're still subscribed. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe link. Don't sign up an address that isn't yours, and don't sign other people up.
4. Pack descriptions
The specifics of each pack -- contents, formats, price and licence -- are published on its own pack page, and that page is the operative description of what you are buying. The asset count, the format list and the price on a pack page are read from the released archive itself rather than typed, so they describe the exact file you download. General statements elsewhere on this site describe how the store operates and are not a specification of any particular pack.
5. Immediate delivery, and the EU and UK right of withdrawal
A pack is a digital download. It is delivered as soon as your payment succeeds, and the download link is issued straight away. This position governs every purchase from this store.
If you buy as a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the law gives you 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital content. The exception is where you expressly ask for the content to be delivered immediately and acknowledge that you lose the right to withdraw by asking for it.
By ticking the consent box at checkout and completing your purchase, you do both of those things: you expressly ask us to deliver the pack immediately, and you acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery has begun. Delivery begins when we issue your download link.
This section is only about that 14-day withdrawal right. It does not touch the Australian Consumer Law guarantees in section 10, which cannot be excluded, and it does not change what you are owed if a pack is faulty or is not what its pack page described. That is a separate claim with its own remedy, set out on our refund page, and nothing here takes anything away from it.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Abuse, overload, or probe the site or its forms (including automated signups).
- Scrape the site in bulk or misrepresent it as your own.
- Use the site in any way that breaks the law.
7. Intellectual property
The design, artwork, copy, and brand on this site belong to Inverto Pty Ltd. You're welcome to read and link to the site; you're not welcome to reuse its design or content without our written permission.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the site up and accurate, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing in this section limits any consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law that can't lawfully be excluded. See the next section.
10. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms is intended to limit or exclude those guarantees.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the store evolves. When we do, we update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the Commonwealth of Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
