Is the store open?
It is. Packs are on sale now, and the marketplace page lists everything currently available. New packs go up one at a time as they are finished, and we don't list a pack before it exists. The new-pack list gets an email each time one does.
What do packs cost?
Every pack carries a fixed, one-time price between $5 and $20 AUD, published on its pack page. Prices include tax. There is no subscription, and nothing renews.
What formats do downloads come in?
Packs are prepared for the game engines and DCC tools people actually use, and every pack page lists its exact formats before you buy. The formats on a pack page are read from the archive you download, not typed by hand.
What can I do with a pack once I buy it?
The standard license covers use in personal and commercial projects, including shipped games, client work, and released video. The one thing off the table is reselling or redistributing the raw assets themselves. The full text is published on the licensing page and ships inside every pack.
Can I request a pack?
Yes, and requests genuinely shape what gets built first. Tell us what you're making and what's missing from your shelf: support@polymade.com.au.
Do you take pre-orders or deposits?
No. Nothing is charged, reserved, or pre-sold before a pack exists and is listed.
What if something I bought is broken?
Write to support@polymade.com.au. A lapsed or failed download is reissued at no charge. Packs are not refundable for a change of mind, and the refund page states that position in full, but your Australian Consumer Law consumer guarantees are not affected by any policy: if a pack is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy.
Who runs Polymade Store?
Polymade Store is operated by Inverto Pty Ltd (ABN 90 651 108 566), a company registered in Australia.
How do I stop the new-pack emails?
Every email we send carries a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also email support@polymade.com.au and we'll remove you.
