The approach
Every pack on Polymade Store ships under the same standard license. No tiers, no per-project add-ons, no negotiation for ordinary use. You buy the pack, you use it in your work.
What you'll be able to do
- Use the assets in personal and commercial projects: games, film, video, interactive work, and client projects.
- Modify the assets to fit your project.
- Keep using them after purchase. No expiry, no royalties, no reporting back to us.
The one limit
You can't resell, redistribute, or repackage the raw assets themselves, on their own or inside another asset library, free or paid. The license is for making things with the assets, not for passing the assets around.
The licence, in full
Polymade Standard Asset Licence, version 1. This is the operative document: the same text ships inside every pack download and is what you accept at checkout.
This licence covers the 3D and 2D assets in this pack, purchased once, used for as long as you like.
You may:
- use the assets in commercial and non-commercial projects, including games, films, animations, renders, prototypes, and client work;
- modify, retopologise, retexture, rig, and combine the assets with other work;
- distribute the assets as part of a finished project, where they are integrated into something a buyer cannot extract and reuse as source assets;
- use renders of the assets in marketing for your own project.
You may not:
- resell, sublicense, or redistribute the assets as assets, packs, templates, or source files, whether modified or not;
- include the assets in a competing asset library, marketplace listing, subscription library, or dataset offered to others;
- use the assets to train a machine learning model that generates 3D or 2D assets;
- claim authorship of the assets themselves.
Seats: one purchase covers you, or one legal entity and its employees and contractors working on that entity's projects.
Refunds are covered by the refund policy published on the storefront at the time of purchase.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this licence and cannot be excluded by it. If a pack is faulty, not as described, or does not do what we said it does, you are entitled to a remedy regardless of anything above.
