The two deals, plainly
A subscription library sells you access. While you pay, you can take what you need, and the size of the catalogue is doing most of the work in the pitch. What you hold at the end of the month depends entirely on the terms, not on the files sitting in your downloads folder.
An outright purchase sells you a specific pack and a license to keep using it. The catalogue is smaller by definition, and what you bought does not depend on a payment continuing.
The question to ask before you subscribe
What happens to work you have already shipped if you stop paying? Some subscription terms grant continuing rights for assets used during the paid period. Some do not. Some distinguish between a project already released and one still in development. That single clause decides whether a lapsed payment is an inconvenience or a problem in something you have already sold.
It is a fair question to ask any seller, including us. Ours is answered on the licensing page and there is nothing to lapse.
Why every pack here is priced once
A fixed, one-time price per pack, between $5 and $20 AUD with GST included, is the whole commercial model. Nothing renews, nothing is metered, and no seat is counted. For a solo developer that means an asset decision costs a couple of minutes of thought rather than a subscription review. For a small team it means a shared, fixed-cost library with no recurring line item to defend every budget cycle.
It also keeps our own incentives simple. We are not selling access to a growing catalogue, so a pack has to be worth its own price on the day it lists.
What one-time does not mean
It does not mean you may resell or redistribute the raw assets. That limit is the same on every pack and it is the only one. What one-time means is narrower and more useful: the license does not expire, there is nothing to renew, and nothing you have built stops being yours to ship.
Frequently asked questions
If I stop buying packs, do I lose the ones I bought?
No. A purchased pack stays yours to use, and the license has no expiry. There is nothing to keep paying for.
Is there a bundle, a membership, or an all-access option?
No. Each pack is priced on its own page and sold on its own. If that ever changes it will be stated on the pricing section of the home page before it applies to anything.
Do you charge per seat?
No. Seats are not metered, so there is no count to keep accurate and no per-person cost as a team changes size.
If a pack's price changes later, does that affect what I paid?
No. A completed purchase is settled at the price you were shown and charged. A later change on a pack page does not reach backwards.
